No refunds on Bulk Wax orders.
Since our bulk wax is sourced mainly from recycled candles, varying in color and scent, we cannot guarantee exact color tones or scent profiles. Each batch will come out in a slightly different color than the next based on what went into the mix, and our scents are not always easily identifiable for the same reason. When you buy bulk wax, we include instructions for darkening, lightening, or brightening it to achieve your desired color if it is not exactly what you envisioned. |
You’ve got a project, we've got wax!
|
Our bulk wax customers all have one thing in common - they have projects! These projects could include a large candle-making operation, finishing barkcloth fabric, bars for snowboards or skis, and more.
|
Your creativity is the limit. Our wax is ready for you when you need it. Buying Camelia Candles' bulk wax supports local recycling efforts, saving more than 100 tons of wax from the landfill and counting.
|
When we receive container candles, we clean all the wax out of the containers, make sure they are sparkling clean, and then they are available for new candles to be made in them or for other creative projects.

|
Our bulk wax is sourced from our partners and customers who exchange used and unwanted candles; even people from out of state send us wax! |
We source our beeswax from honey producers in the Willamette Valley. |
Paraffin wax is sourced from customer donations, local resale stores, and salons. |
Our Commitment to SustainabilityA significant portion of the wax we work with comes from recycled sources, helping reduce waste and supporting eco-friendly candle-making across the Pacific Northwest. By sourcing your bulk wax through us, you’re supporting a small business that values environmental responsibility, quality materials, and hands-on expertise.
Purchasing and recycling wax with us will help Oregon meet the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) 2050 Materials Management Goals by returning more wax to the circular economy.

Types of Wax We Sell & How to Best Use Them
|
Choosing the right wax is one of the most critical steps in starting your project. We’re here to help you feel confident in your selection. At Camelias Candles, we carry a range of bulk wax options, including soy, beeswax, and paraffin.
Each wax behaves differently: |
|
Beeswax
has a natural golden hue and long burn time. |
Paraffin wax
delivers a strong scent and crisp detail for molded or sculptural designs. |
Soy wax
is ideal for clean-burning container candles. |
Palm wax
burns slowly and evenly, making it suitable for candles that need structure and longevity. |
|
Whether you’re a hobbyist, an experienced artisan, or a business producing candles in larger quantities, we guide you toward the wax that will give you the best results.

How to purchase bulk wax
|
Wax can be purchased from our storefront in Lebanon, Oregon. This process starts with talking to Camelia to get a clear idea of what you want to do with the wax.
If you’re unsure where to start, we’re always happy to answer questions and discuss your project. Together, we’ll make sure you leave with exactly what you need to create on your own. |

Ensure our wax and your needs are compatible. Since some waxes are better for container candles and others for tapers, having a conversation with Camelia will help both her and you understand which products are best for your needs. We source the materials for you. If we don’t have the specific wax you need, we will locate where it can be obtained and bring it in for your order. Please note that it is often cheaper for our customers to buy directly from the manufacturer if the wax is not one we regularly sell. We ship your order or arrange pickup. |
